At Zurici, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Refund: Once the return is processed, refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 business days.

• Exchange: If you'd like to exchange your item, we will provide you with a code for a replacement product.
